So for next week’s episode, we see a little flash where Dean kinda turns into Lucifer, at least that’s what Sam sees.

It gets me to thinking….

Sam was tortured in a lot of ways in hell, right? And what could possibly hurt Sam the most?

Dean.

That’s right. DEAN.

I think, Lucifer took on Dean’s face often. He tortured Sam, hung him on those hooks, and let him believe that it was Dean who did that to him. And I think, we’re gonna see bits and pieces of that in the next episode.
